Our Mindset Program

 Transforming Mindset

Renew Empower and Share.

Research shows that through building Character by empowering Mindsets is a lasting solution of maximizing greater Achievement and maintaining Success. Here, Lessons and a series of activities are conducted which include both theory and practical experiences at the end of each topic where students have a feel when they interact with their environment both within and outside the school compound.

Liberty has two types of mindsets as were discovered by Keffer Mutyaba; In Transforming Mindset individuals believe and hold a positive attitude towards their own personality which leads to purposeful living and the Slave Mindsets where people believe in negativity created by defeat and failure in the both present and past experiences which results to unrealistic resolutions. With a Slave mindset an individual acts smart event and some after graduating from school, individuals think that only available resources bring change and development which leads to stagnancy and low levels of holistic productivity and personal development. This reflects from less or no growth of potential at all and total exhaustion of resources.

A Slave Mindset leads to a smart fruitless life finally.

Brainology

For Building Students Confidence, Fulfillment and Achievement

Through the Understanding of Expandable Intelligence

What is Brainology®?
Brainology® is a research-based method for teaching students a Growth Mindset, along with the tools to put it into practice. In 12 sessions over six weeks, the Brainology curriculum combines online, interactive animation with classroom-based activities to teach students how the brain changes with learning, and how they can use brain-based study strategies to accelerate their progress.

BRAINOLOGY®: DEVELOPING A GROWTH MINDSET

Brainology® is designed to help students to develop a Growth Mindset and, as a result, to reach a higher level of academic achievement. Students with a growth mindset think of their intelligence as something that they can develop through learning and study rather than as something fixed. Cultivating a growth mindset can help increase students’ sense of self-efficacy and their motivation to learn.

The goal is for them to understand that they have great, untapped potential and that the development of their mental ability is largely within their own control, and to provide them with study habits and skills that will help them take action.

Through this Curriculum Guide for Teachers, we hope to help you support your students by providing information and strategies that you can use to reinforce their growth mindset development.
