Directors
Management of the foundation and its affiliate organisations is vested in the directors of the foundation
The membership assists the founding director to execute and to fulfill duties and responsibilities.
Directors shall do any work assigned to them and perform as decided by the Board. They report to the Board and the Founding Director and to any other Committees of the foundation as stipulated elsewhere of the constitution of this constituent organisation.
