Everybody has their own charm, it is with this magic charm they do business well to gain the profits they want and achieve targets. Christ Jesus is our secret. Picture two people selling fish at the same street, one sells to finish all the harvests and the neighbor fails to finish at least not selling half of the day’s target. Now I call this “charm” – “magic charm.” It is a secret one silently involves in business without the notice of the neighbor which spices up improvement of the general attraction of the business. This can be; proper hygiene, customer care, prayer alter, advertisement etc. An individual who started with little capital and a few resources, by learning and practice of the activity can later do a better job thus earning more profits.
The more you learn (Power), the more you grow.
The more you get growing, the stronger you become. “POWER TO ‘BECOME”’ a CHILD OF GOD (John 1:12). This is what our father God intentions for each of us, His beloved Children.
As an experienced humble learner in the field of transformation, I call this Mindset - a Transforming Mindset. Romans 12:2
First; What differences do these two-business people have? The profit maker does not in real sense go for “charm” witchcraft practice, no…. Witchcraft is doom. Humans can never be respected by Satan. The profit maker does learn a few “More” different things about the business. Say, the community situated in which ‘with passion’ he applies new knowledge to make customers ‘attracted’ to him, which the neighbor is ignorant of. How do you inspire customers to be attracted?
An occupation founded on Mindset that transform all throughout generations provides for great profits making. Such individual can be thrown into a different place say a desert or a different business and he prospers. A Transforming Mindset is all that matters. Secondly; The establishment of the business is on “godly Intention”. Do you know that your child is capable of doing the wrong things you do today if you do not help them change right now? For example, battling your wife; your son will do it. Wives come home late in the night; your daughters will do the same in their own homes. You defend, protect and provide for your house, your company and staff; confidently it is everything children and all you inspire will similarly ensure as soon as they take the same capacity. “Sawing and Harvest Time” Genesis 8:22. People with good intentions and proper motives have time to productivity and unconsciously live as examples to society.

You could be moving on foot when your vehicle is being driven by someone else out there on Entebbe road, yes! Your nice dress could be hanging now for four months somewhere downtown in a boutique because you have not picked it yet. You could be the next President or Speaker of your Parliament but you are not anywhere around it and not at all living in obedience to God’s command.
Someone out there needs to get healed by you in order to get saved. You are securely sitting on your anointing, criticizing the so-called false prophets and evil pastors of your own City and ashamed of Christ Jesus and His every believer because of looking like poverty itself or criminal suspects, try not associate and observe yourself among the disapproved in your community. (Ephesians 6:23).
Child, nothing is going to be created for you by God that isn’t yet created yet already. (Ecclesiastes 1:9). All the money you need is now on earth here. Near simply next to you. All your beauty, happiness and joy are in someone’s books, pockets or heart. You have a bright future if not almost even today can turn out excellent. What do you have in exchange for that?
People will give you what they have when you give what they need- that’s the heavenly exchange rate. Witness for Jesus and He will witness for you. At your boss’s job or wherever you reside and have that opportunity.
Serving Jesus Christ Gives Purpose to Life. Work for God and He will work for you in return.
This all works when you have a mindset, a Transforming Mindset.
Liberty is not in aggressive emotions and demos of disobedience and defiance, not syndicates, not in the expensive cars and a cool buddy, that girlfriend or husband. Liberty is in your Positive Attitude. “It is for then this liberty that you were set free, so then do not again entangle yourself to the chains of Slavery or Bondage.” (Galatians 5:1).

You are a professor, a great politician, a performing artist, a bright scholar, name that celebrity. If you don’t change your Mindset -Transform your mind, you shall be an occurrence at being renown far and beyond, be written in books of studies with no inch improvement of at least one life around you.
Without creating a meaningful difference in someone’s profession and books, your praise is worthless and a fault that has once happened.
Hope, you will have fulfilled someone else’s prophesy and dream. Not your own. With great power you will do great accomplishments, get someone’s job done but earning nothing. Why should you walk in someone else’s shoes which are not yours? That’s bondage. Missing transformation, you shall have no friends – genuine friends and relatives, finally your work, great wealth, name, and splendor automatically dies with you.
Mindset is the big picture here. Why please people who take advantage of you and family? Come on!
Come to yourself, was the business initiated on negative peer influence selfishly to satisfy your then current situation and position? Do you feel satisfied with your current level of wealth, academic excellence, and qualifications? Is it truly pleasing? Is everything alright? Is it fine?
Achievement and success are right where you are if only you can hold a Positive Mindset. Yours Faithfully; Nabukalu Hope.

I definitely have a lot of experience when it comes to working with people. ‘In Life, you have to deal with facts, not until you get real facts, that you shouldn’t speak what you don’t know about.’
Be an example automatically others will follow. In this world of changing technology at every second, transformation is inevitable, if you don’t change, you will be kicked out of the system in split second. We shall always at all time follow trend because it’s the right way to go. I call it mindset, - the Transforming Mindset, we control it in and out of our lives to accurately score the results we need, to draw the Impression, after all that’s all that matters at the end of the day.
We don’t seek for the best, but for excellence and to be – better why? Because by the time you go to china where the best is, it will have reached the European continent, by the time you’re in Europe, it better life and innovations will be in the USA en by the time you get flown touch down to the continent, the best will be down in Africa. What matters is your positive mindset, to be better every day. Be excellent at what you’re doing and living for.
