Liberty International Foundation also known as "lif" is an International non-denominational Christian organization registered with the NGO Board of Uganda.
As a support group, we target at bridging the gap between 4,500,000,000 needy and disadvantaged people around the globe through charity and social works to the experts, professionals, skilled, technical knowhow with adequate services, resources and prominent experiences.
My calling as the founding director and lead design missions director Keffer Mutyaba is evangelism and teaching. Our mandate is to win souls and discipleship for Christ through the gospel of our Lord Christ Jesus (Philippians 3: 9 – 15) and (Philippians 2:7 -14), with the aim of empowering people to be fruitful holistically.
Philippians Chapter 3 (NIV Version)

Lif’s mission is Renew, Empower, and Share. In our series; the foundation harmonies the schoolmaster and Grace to inherit as Sons of God by Promise written in the law and the prophets. Transforming our minds by renewal to prove what is good, the acceptable and perfect will of God. Romans 12:2.

Liberty
The foundation derived its name "liberty" from the scripture Galatians 5:1, “For it is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. ” As an individual, by the Spirit, I have managed to understand several scriptural mysteries of biblical reflections of my mind into a series of teaching. According to lif in revelations and wisdom;
Standard definition: "Liberty is to live a life of choice as long as you can afford. (Worldly view) Individuals have the ability to choose and control their own present and future experiences while having the potential to sustain resources not to be exhausted. (Romans 12:2)
Secondly, Definition: We define freedom as; the ability to lead life when not affected or influenced by the surrounding most especially emotions - in the soul [five senses of the body]. To decide independently of emotions say excitement, anger, malice, unforgiveness, hatred, obsession, illusion or fiction etc. is liberty.
Definition: Liberty is the ability to live a life of choice or desire as long as you can afford. (Worldly view) "The power, ability and/or opportunity to live a decent life (Standard) of choice and desire affordably without exhaustion of resources is freedom." It can be lifestyle, social class, an expenditure or luxuriously, religious faith etc. Learning makes us grow and get stronger – transformation.
According to Brainology, you are the strong, beautiful, intelligent, or say, you are a man. (Corinthians 12:1 - 14, 4, 7). In Growth Mindset, people believe they can develop their brains, abilities and talents. This view creates a love for learning, a drive for growth and a resilience that is essential for great accomplishments. Philippians 44: 6 - 7, 8 - 9, Romans 8:2, Hebrews 11:6, 39, 40.
Psalms 139:14. 'I am what and who God says I am.' Romans 10: 4, John 1:12 - 13
Individual rights and privilege ensure an ability to control both current choice and future destiny (decisions) in everyday day -to-day life. A proper human being should hold the potential to sustain these abilities not to be exhausted. Say an economy for instance, must have proper values that sustain its people. This is freedom. Just imagine God creating a body without a nose for breathing. How would gaseous exchange then take place?
Definition: Liberty is a life of faith for you shall afford. Philippians 4:13, John 14:12 - 14, 10 -13. Therefore dream big. Liberty is a divine life by choice because you can afford through faith. For example, "we are saved through faith". Ephesians 2:8
The Future Starts Now. Begin today believing God for your needs and trust in His providence. Count your blessings.
Galatians Chapter 5
13 You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh[a]; rather, serve one another humbly in love.
Romans Chapter 5
15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.

Transformation
Romans 12:2

In a Growth Mindset, people believe they can develop their brain, abilities, and talents. With a growth mindset think of your intelligence as something that you can develop through learning and study rather than as something fixed. John 1:12 -13, Romans 12:2, Jeremiah 29:11, John 15:16, Jeremiah 1:5, Psalms 139:16
John 1:12 -13
12 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— 13 children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.
The spiritual is more real than the physical. An individual’s spiritual life can be reflected on the outside. You can achieve lasting great accomplishments when you transform from a chronic familiar background. Understand that there is room for improvement in faith through studying the bible. Matthew 12:34, Luke 6:45, Proverbs 15:7
Psalms 139:15 - 16
15 My frame was not hidden from you
"when I was made in the secret place", ........................ 16 Your eyes saw my unformed body; "all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be".
The mind is not a physical component. It is a pattern of bible principles, or a comfort zone, genetics influence, and a global trend lived out on daily. Spiritual and physical. God's word challenges us to find "Trait" in Christ – a new being, rather than holding void in our spirits. Through practical benefits of a growth mindset, this can happen. 2 Corinthians 5:15.
In Transforming Mindset individuals hold a positive attitude benefit for purposeful living. Self-Identity is key. Philippians 4:8 – 9, Romans 12:2. Call this a life of faith and you can call this a faith mindset, where all things are possible with God.
Personality and Definition:
Standard Definition: The quality or fact of being a person as distinct from a thing or animal.
Philippians 4:8
8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
Verse 9 of Philippians 4; talks of “learning and practice”, here, Christ Jesus is our example, (Jesus 14:6) as all men fault and need God’s Salvation. Hebrews 2:10
Individuality and Definition
Standard Definition: Individuality is the quality or character of a particular person or thing that distinguishes them from others of the same kind, especially when strongly marked:
Synonyms; uniqueness, originality, singularity, particularity, peculiarity, distinctiveness, distinction, differentness, separateness, personality, character, identity, self.
An individual is an original, a special and unique print that it can never be duplicated. People pretend about who they are because of esteem and confidence issues, trauma stresses and sin.
What are you studying today? Could it be the same old same? Learn; add value, use effort to realise the newness of your hidden potential. 2 Corinthians 5:17, Genesis 1:26-28
Mindsets
What are Mindsets?
Standard Definition: Mindsets are beliefs—beliefs individuals hold about their most basic qualities and abilities. Think about your intelligence, your talents, and your personality.
Mindsets are LIF's target area fundamentally to empower your Individuality and Personality. Our main concern is setting a both positive and healthy mindset to yield sustaining and lasting results in all aspects of life. Building a positive and healthy mindset is the driving factor towards life's conceptional thinking for an individual.
John 8: 32 say, “Then you will know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.”
Bondage and Definition
Deuteronomy 28: 15, 16, 20, 26, 29 33, 37, 41, 43, 45, 47, 48, 49, 50, 58, 63, 66, 68
15 “But it shall come to pass, if you do not obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments and His statutes which I command you today, that all these curses will come upon you and overtake you: 26 Your carcasses shall be food for all the birds of the air and the beasts of the earth, and no one shall frighten them away. 37 And you shall become an astonishment, a proverb, and a byword among all nations where the Lord will drive you. 41 You shall beget sons and daughters, but they shall not be yours; for they shall go into captivity.

Standard Definition: Bondage is to serve another person’s interests in order to please and seek for their approval.
Romans Chapter 7
6 But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.
Galatians Chapter 5
13 For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. 14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Definition: Bondage is the serving of another person’s interests to please and seek for their approval yet hurting one’s own emotions and feelings however pretending to be a sustainable income. Individuals have a fixed mindset and MAP group is F5 and F4.
Galatians Chapter 5: 13
For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.
For example, as ministers of God, we are encouraged to look after ourselves and families and all people in our care. God can surely look after you his servants, but also through various activities of income generation. It is the devil’s goal to discourage work and giving. It has kept Christians poor and ignorant. Backward. Money attracts money.
It is also deceptive and manipulative to tell believers that they don’t need money and material wealth. Really? Yet money drives smooth ministry and stable homes and proper families. We can appreciate money and material wealth. Some gospel ministers have not gone to school but can be faithful in ministry, why not employ them if there is ability? Gospel organizations should plan and afford this. This is liberty.
Appreciate and believe God for a heart of love towards followers. Balokole are very miserable sometimes. Wealth attracts wealth also. What you saw is what you reap. Give.
Giving is good and proper. It is a devilish attitude to think that paying for a service to a fellow believer is useless as long as you say "God bless you". Some borrow money and never want to pay back. Where is a blessing here?
Any shilling or amount is okay. Money attracts money also.
However, church ministers should go work because they are growing up for compulsory mature responsibilities, but create time to go serve faithfully in church and ministry or other volunteer organizations because God will punish them if they throw away their destinies and ministry for work for worldly gains and possessions. There is no blessing and prosperity in disobedience.
1 Peter 2: 13 – 25. Such individuals ignore change and hate working hard, desire to look smart, hypocritical and pretend, never do something, have no mistakes and can’t learn from mistakes, occultic and superstitious among many.
Romans Chapter 12
3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
Definition: Bondage is also the exploitation of an individual by a system and/ or another person’s [selfish] interests in order to make them happy and find approval to the extent of violating one’s own basic human rights and holistic freedom. In ignorance and in trauma an individual may freely and willingly choose to serve other peoples' interests for their greed and selfish gains. John Chapter 10: 10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
Definition: Bondage is the development of a system by another system or an individual in order to please, satisfy selfish interests and find approval whereas depriving the exploited of their independence and choice.
Family bondage and/or group ties, legacies and generational curses are consistent patterns of confusion and disorganization where an individual is a “people pleaser.” The untransformative rigid character is slavery.
In bondage, an individual finds comfort while in subjection to an enemy also known as the violator at the violator’s pleasure. Item activities work for another person’s well-being selfishly adding no value and earn no interest for personal development and growth, this is slavery.
Spiritually, Satan, demigods, slave drivers, violators, evil spirits and and/or inotherwards, an abuser is an extremist who finds pleasure in living around sorrow, anger, pain, misery, malice, failures, defeated, frustration, and hurting their own subjects. They maintain silence and create an environment to harm and keep others in captivity. A violator is pleased and their approval among others is got by being arrogant, belittling, brutal, chaotic, confusion, bleeding, fraudulent, dehumanizing, in poverty, broken spirits, shame, tears, idol and devil worship, greedy, provocative, daemon possession, destructive tendencies and patterns.
Ephesians 6: 11 – 12
11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against fresh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
It is the devil himself that fashions confusion, disorganization, disobedience, rebellion, terror and horror and the sort as spiritual weapons to fight against the cross. The cross – the gospel of Jesus Christ. The devil’s target is to steal and kill your Beauty and Happiness and to destroy Faith in Christ Jesus one of the elements in Galatians 5:22-23 in order to create radicals.
Love your neighbor as you love yourself. Be a faithful servant in your faithful service but do not forget to look after yourself. A individual who never thinks about personal interests (home and everything else in their own care) but serves other people’s interests is a slave. He is unfaithful and dishonest and has already lost truck.
Approach
Our Core approach is emphasizing biblical truth. This is accompanied by scientific facts, realistic theologies, and encouraging the application of honesty and sincerity attitudes in everyday day-to-day living. We determine to supplant ignorance, at defeating, eliminating or erasing illlusious and deceitful approaches towards success and achievement but rather encourage integrity.
Community Need; "Support Group"
Community Support Groups to “Empower Mindsets” are a need in society. To stand alongside it in time of Weakness, Frustrations and Hopelessness.
The difference with church support groups is that they are not pity party circles. The bible is not a book of sorrow. God has not called us to slavery, to a defensive - giving excuses all the time, holding a fixed mindset but rather the offensive position where we embrace challenges to overcome them. A growth Mindset - a desire to learning and practice.
Do not wait for the devil to attack you, get up and attack him first. Deal with whichever your challenge is, believing God for change and a brighter future. We attack the devil by prayer and reading Gods word the bible for it transforms our minds. Stand in faith. A growth mindset is a mindset of faith in Jesus Christ as liberty is eternal life. Build a growth mindset needed for great accomplishment needed to reach one's full potential.

Why do we need the law or the general knowledge of science? Why is it important for church to involve in the normal affairs of the legal system of earth? Do Christians live heaven on earth? Do the affairs of your community concern you?
